On September 6th, 2025, the members, families, and friends of Sheet Metal Workers Local 19, Central PA gathered at the Olivets Blue Mountain Camp in Hamburg, Pennsylvania for the annual Labor Fest. The event brought together the union community to celebrate the sheet metal trade, the strength of our membership, and, most importantly, the meaning of Labor Day.

Labor Fest has been a day dedicated to solidarity, honoring the skilled work performed by union sheet metal workers and recognizing the collective power that makes our industry strong  . This year’s celebration continued that tradition with food, games, music, and activities for all ages, creating a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere in the beautiful setting of Blue Mountain Camp.

In the spirit of giving back, all proceeds from the day’s raffles and drawings were donated to the Olivets Boys and Girls Club. This contribution supports youth programming, mentorship, and safe spaces for young people in the local community. Local 19 is proud to help further Olivets’ mission and strengthen the communities where our members live and work.

The 2025 Labor Fest highlighted what makes our union exceptional: unity, generosity, and pride in our craft. It was a day of celebration, reflection, and honoring the labor movement, past, present, and future.
